Sweet bread filling sausage

Inggredient :

Bread flour 800gr
Cake flour 200gr
Yeast 20gr
Bread improver 10gr
Sugar 150gr
Butter 125gr
condention milk 50gr
Telur 4pcs
ice water 350ml
salt 20gr

Methode:
1. Mix bread flour, cake flour, yeast, bread improver,sugar, speed low
2. Add egg, condention milk,  and ice water. mix again speed  high till dough almost dull
3. last add butter and salt, mix again until dough dull.
4. Rest dough its about 30 minutes
5. Shape dough like  the picture belowe

For the filling nd topping :

1. Sausage
2. Onion
3. Green, red and yellow paprika
4. Mozarella Cheese
5. Chilli and tomato sauce

rest dough its about 1 hour n 30minutes. before bake topiing with paprika, onion and mozarella cheese. last add sauce tomat and chili sauce. Bake pizza bread  in the oven 200 derajat celcius for 15 minutes. after from the oven brush with egg wash.

Her name is mak ti

I want to introduce my friend.. her name is Mak ti..
She is a massager.. I recognize her for long time ago, its about ten years..
 She is special someone for me.. She is my teacher in life, my mother and my best frriend.. Because of her I can strong to face the world.

Mak ti has 3 children.. Her life is very hard.. She decide to separated with her husband.. Pity on her coz she never get happiness from her husband.
Her husband always hurt  her.. her husband always interested in the other women and never gives mak ti money..

For looking a way to change her life she decide to go away and her children ttake care of mak ti's mother..
Mak ti take lesson from javanese culture..her lecture is Wak Gus.. he teach mak ti javanese culture like fasting..go with on foot ..climb the mountain.. and so on

Afther that she get new hope...Now she happy coz finally she has found way for her life..She get work.. she can give her children money..she can give her children education, house, and farm..

Mak ti gives me lesson that in life never give up and always pray to god..

My dream

In life sometimes I have some problems..When I face it sometimes I can strong but sometimes feel so down.. till I got wrong way..fortunely I can wake and  realize my mistake..

Alhamduliilah I get bless from Allah so I decide to wear hijab..when I wear hijab so many miracle that I have..I feel so calm and view life so easy coz I believe that Allah always help me..

I use to write my hope in small paper and hang on my wall in my bedroom..its make me more spirit to make it come true..finally if we patient we can get good result..

One of my dreams are I need a house coz for 4 years I live in rent house..
This year I get some miracle that I will have a house.. the bank gives me some loan for buy that. Alhamdulilah...

I never think before that I get promotion in my work.. so its surprise for me..
Thank  You Allah... Thank you for my husband, my mother, my father and all my freind.. I love you all....

The first time I met her is about 3 years ago. Her name is mbah man. Mbah is mean grandmother. At that time I went to Monument of heroes in Surabaya. When on sunday there are so many seller in around Monument of heroes in Surabaya. I went there by walked on.

So many people go there for exercise, refreshing and so on. Some poeple sell food, clothes,snack, drink and so on. When I walked my eyes catch old woman sell snack. I interested in her. She knew that  I would to buy some snack. She hello with me friendly and offer her snack for me. In my heart I feel pity on her..why old woman still looking for money on the street..

And then I bought some snack and give her money..while I m waiting for change, I asked her why you still worked?...What a surprise! Her answer is I dont want to ask money to somebody..her said is better I eat from my own money from my own sweaty..

Oh I get lesson from her..Never give up..Never weak..always independent...
