My Recipe Brown Bread

Hi guys.. this  is my recipe Brown Bread...try it I guarantee you satisfied..

Ingredients :

Bread Flour                       800g
Irek sovital flour                 200g
Yeast                                   30g
Bread Improver                    10g
Sugar                                 100g
Milk powder                        50g
Butter                                   50g
Salt                                       10g
Ice water                            500ml

Methode :

1. Mix  all ingredients except butter and salt, mixer with speed high till almost dull
2. Add butter and salt and mixer till dull
3. Divide the dough @ 300g and rest till 30 minutes
4. Shape the dough and rest in the proving cabinet. its about 1 hour
5. Bake the dough with temperature 230 derajat celcius. time its about 15 minutes
